• Transaction data: Orders, payments, refunds processed through Loopsie

• Device identifiers: Hardware IDs for registered Loopsie devices

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Loopsie service
• Process transactions and send related information
• Send technical notices, updates, and support messages

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal or business data. We share information only in these circumstances:

• Service providers: Stripe (payments), Google Cloud (hosting), SendGrid (email) — under strict data protection agreements

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), role-based access controls, regular security audits, and infrastructure hosted on Google Cloud with SOC 2 certification. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account termination, we retain data for 30 days to allow export, then permanently delete it. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data indefinitely for analytics. Legal and financial records may be retained longer as required by law.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to certain processing

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
